[jadmin] Some questions about ejabberd

Hi,

I want to migrate a jabber server from jabberd 1.4.x to ejabberd 2.0.1
and got some minor questions:

* Is it possible to restrict the in-band-registration (mod_register)
to a specific ip range?
* Which database is more recommendable postgresql or mnesia? Is
clustering affects the choice?
