Version 0.13 of XEP-0180 (Jingle Video via RTP) has been released.
Abstract: This specification defines a Jingle application type for negotiating a video chat or other video session. The application type uses the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) for the underlying media exchange and provides a straightforward mapping to Session Description Protocol (SDP) for interworking with SIP media endpoints. Note: This specification has been retracted in favor of XEP-0167, which now consolidates both audio and video chat via RTP and therefore contains the content originally published in this specification.
