I'm currently running a test bed of Openfire and Spark clients. However, one of the big things keeping us from adopting company wide is the lack of support for users in be invisible in Spark.
What is a good client for users in a corporate environment that support the ability to be invisible? Currently, we have a hodgepodge of IM systems the end users have installed, predominantly Yahoo and MSN. Spark is nice because it works so well with Openfire, I don't really want to try and support a multiplatform client like Pidgin, but a client that supports the IM Gateways that Openfire offers is fine.
