Offline but online

Hi,

since some days my jabber account 'reca@jabber.org' is showen as offline to my buddies. But I see myself as online and my buddies as online too.
Any ideas how I can fix this?

I don't know what client you use,
but you sure you have the subscription status BOTH?
That means, you have authorized the contacts and the contacts have authorized you too?

The client doesn't matter, I tried pidgin, mcabber, psi and gajim. And my contacts I have authorized long time ago. Last weekend one of my contacts talked to me, so there were no problems.

i had a problem similar to this once when the dns servers that my jabber server uses stopped responding. but I wouldn't think that would be the problem jabber.org is experiencing.

I worked it around by deleting and reregistering my account...
