nowbody can contact me, i can'tt contact anybody

Hi
i use miranda and i have registred a jabber account succesfully like thousands other people. i see that i am online and i can put my friends on my cotactlist. but nobody see me when i am online and i can write to my friends.
so i chnage to PSI client, but the same thing. when i wirte a message to my friend this error occur:
"Service unavailable.
The server or recipient does not currently provide the requested service."

I dont't no what i made for a mistake. I turned my firewall off and i configured my Router tu use jabber.
